"Mom, you always laugh on work calls."

My 10-year-old son pointed this out to me the other day. At first, I smiled and didn't think much of it. But something about his observation stuck with me.

He's right. I laugh when I'm with our clients. That's kind of a big deal. 

The world can be heavy. The work we're doing with our clients is critical to their organizational sustainability and growth and to their individual goals and growth. Yet, we find joy and connection in our work together.

In 2024, Leadwell worked with our clients to:

Envision the future and build strategy. Our clients are tackling big issues - from youth development to affordable housing to educational equity. We know the value of asking powerful questions and supporting our partners to find answers. We see what becomes possible when strategic and growth planning includes rigorous data analysis, inclusive stakeholder feedback, detailed cost modeling -- all while honoring internal expertise. 

Develop leaders. We partnered with K-12 district central office managers, environmental advocates, and pediatric therapy clinic managers through the Leadwell Accelerator. We saw the power of peer input to solve tough management challenges. We heard curiosity to think deeply about leadership questions. We felt the energy as leaders built trust and connection with one another. 

Reach big goals through coaching. Whether partnering with AmeriCorps program leaders in California or nonprofit leaders in Maryland, we celebrated the powerful learning and concrete action that comes out of group and individualized coaching.  

Your work is not easy. The challenges are real. Together, we find simplicity in the complexity. We support you to lead with your strengths, help others to thrive, and become agents of change. And ... we laugh.
