360 Leadership Assessment
A comprehensive view into leadership effectiveness
Using a process customized for each client, Leadwell’s qualitative and quantitative approach provides leaders with a comprehensive view into their leadership effectiveness. We don't leave you with a machine generated report. You receive a detailed report written for you and a Goals and Growth Plan to support your development.
Our Approach
As with all of Leadwell's engagements, we customize our approach for each client. For our leadership assessment product which we call Stakeholder Feedback we believe a qualitative interviewing approach is critical. This approach allows us to get “under the hood” to understand the perspective of the person providing feedback vs. using a quantitative survey method only which leaves us often with more questions than answers. We often include a quantitative component to our process for more data points and to use as benchmarks to evaluate progress.
Our standard process includes the following components:
Designing the process and tools with the leader and supervisor
Interview with the leader
Interviews with a predetermined number of stakeholders. This typically includes supervisor, peers, direct reports, team members. It can also include Board members and external stakeholders.
A written report of findings
A debrief session of the report with the leader and Executive Coach
A debrief session facilitated by the Executive Coach with the supervisor
Creation of a Goals and Growth Plan with the leader and supervisor
Additional components may include:
Facilitated feedback sessions with stakeholders
6-month or 9-month quantitative and/or qualitative feedback process to measure progress
