Vision, Systems, People
I was on a long flight the other day. As I put my devices on airplane mode, I allowed my mind to wander. I started thinking about Leadwell's projects. What we're hearing from our clients. What we're learning from mission-driven leaders. I started sitting with the interplay between vision, systems, and people.
Vision: What are we trying to solve? And why?
Systems: The structures and tools needed to get there, in a way that is aligned with your values.
People: Celebrating and supporting the humans who collaborate and implement and lead and learn together.
Leadwell's projects attend to all three. This month, we're:
Supporting an organization's move towards matrix management. We're building systems and tools for them to test. We're facilitating a staff training to support the skill, mindset, and behavior shifts that will position them for success.
Launching a strategic planning project with a school and foundation. We'll guide them to translate their vision into a set of strategic priorities, with a clear plan to get there. The process will be grounded in the voice of their community.
Facilitating a series of leadership development workshops for a management team. We're guiding them to create an organizational vision for the role of a manager. We're building their managers' capacity.
On any given day, you might find Jodi in her happy place in excel, providing clear analysis and organizing inputs into action plans. You might find Christina in her flow designing a protocol to help a group to connect and build together. We hold our focus on the big picture, and we follow through on every detail.
Vision. Systems. People.
In partnership,
Christina (and Jodi)
