Meeting Needs

The Leadwell Group's mission is to develop effective leaders for mission-driven organizations.  Our larger vision is that every organization can reach their desired impact. What's been really fun for Christina and me is to continue to evolve and adapt our work to support our existing clients and to build relationships with new clients to meet their needs. It's only when we're meeting the needs of our clients that they can reach their desired impact.

We continue to provide our three lines of business:  1) Strategy and Growth Planning 2) Leadwell Accelerator and 3) Coaching.  What that looks like, though, shifts. For example, Christina spent two years as an Implementation Coach for City Year, providing support to a learning network of leaders running Student Success Coach AmeriCorps programs. This is a different model of coaching but one that helped our client meet their goals. We adapt our Leadwell Accelerator curriculum to provide customized learning experiences to meet the needs of organizations. For Woven Care, a company that runs pediatric therapy clinics, we curated three in-person days of learning for their clinic managers and therapy leaders. Jodi is about to embark on a project with an organization to help them shift their organizational structure and culture so they have the foundation on which to set a new strategy. It's pre-strategy planning work, so to speak.

What we know and what we model for our clients is that the WHY of the work needs to be clear. The HOW can and should evolve. Tema Okun's writing about White Supremacy Culture Characteristics remind us there is not one right way.

How are you and your business evolving? What are you doing differently today than you were a year ago? How are you staying true to your core values? What are you positioned to do best while adapting to your clients' needs, to your market, to the context with which your organization sits?

How can Leadwell help you?

In parternship,

Jodi (and Christina)
