Jodi Akst Coaching is now The Leadwell Group

When I started Jodi Akst Coaching in 2020, my hope was to build a business that energized me daily, and that made an impact for my clients. I wanted to use my skills leading teams, solving complex problems, and developing talent. I wanted to bring my new-found training in Co-Active coaching into my work, and I wanted to fulfill a lifelong dream of running a business.  Mostly, I wanted to continue to make an impact in the K-12 education sector and with organizations working towards social impact. 

I never intended to do this thing solo. My intention from the jump was to be in partnership. I was searching for that right partner. That person with whom I love to work, who is wicked smart, who has complimentary skills, and who has a passion for improving education in our country. I had someone in mind, and after years of passively and then actively recruiting Christina Patrick, she joined me! 

Christina and I are now partners. 50/50. Jodi Akst Coaching is now The Leadwell Group (Leadwell), and we are in this together. 

To all of Jodi Akst Coaching clients (20 executive/leadership coaching clients, 43 group coaching program participants, and 13 mission-driven organizations): you are what drives us to grow. We thank you for entrusting us, and we look forward to continuing to support you. 

The creation of The Leadwell Group is a re-affirmation of the work we do, with a newly articulated set of values for how we do it. We have added capacity to continue our focus on leadership development through our Leadwell Accelerator, our strategy and growth planning work with organizations, and our executive coaching work with individuals and through group programs.

These three workshops are part of the Leadwell Accelerator - a cohort-based, experiential leadership program of 54 modules designed for leaders at all levels.
