Either one! Both! The Leadwell Accelerator curriculum is designed in such a way that it can be facilitated and experienced in person, virtually, or in a hybrid model. Offer it in a way that works for the culture and needs of your teams.

Choose from over 50 modules to offer the scope & sequence that meets your needs. You might offer the full 35 hour experience for cohorts of leaders. Or, you might prioritize specific modules through 6-hour workshops that can be scheduled as three 2-hour blocks or a full-day learning experience.
